I haven't seen the image of product on order confirmation for a long time. I think it's the problem. Anyone has the same issue?

Please make sure that you're using the latest versions of both plugin (0.9.9) and theme.

You can check the updates here:

Please also go to AliDropship --> Settings --> Notifications and click 'Use default settings'.

If it still doesn't work properly, could you please send the access to your WP admin area, so that we could check what might be the issue?

I reset them to default. I'm using mailgun. Why don't you guys support local mail server?
I'm using the latest plugin and theme.
