No email for abandoned Cart

I did an update and it is not working.
How can I get some help?

We know, that Abandoned Cart doesn't always work as it should, unfortunately. We confirm, that it is a serious issue and we have a plan of total rebuild and redesign of this plugin, so it will always work properly.

I'd like to mention, that it is a quite time consuming action, so it may take a while. We try our best to fix this significant issue, which we truly understand affects our customers' online stores performance.

is this fixed? I saw a couple of updates come through. I also see some of the emails going through to our email service provider.

I could be wrong, but I dont think normal updates will be fixing it. If they are doing a total rebuild and that rebuild includes new database tables, you'd probably have to uninstall the old one and upload the new rebuilt one when it's finished. But just guessing.

I'm sure they will make an announcement in the News or Addons section when it's completed.
