No Auto Order button

Anyone run into a problem where the "Place order automatically" button does not show? Using Chrome.

Trying Firefox I get the same result.
The code shows when I inspect but the button does not. Is this unsupported on Firefox? Regardless, My friend doesn't see the button in Chrome.

Even after updating to Version 0.5.4.3 the Auto Order and Manual Order do not work. Auto button does not appear at all and Manual just opens the Admin page again.

We cleared his cache and this seemed to fix the issue.
