Use smartlook.com to track your customers moves. This great tool "records your customers screen". IF customers are jumping from page to page You will probably find the reason

Hi ZbigniewPL, I also add a smartlook plugin, but somehow not alway recorded, could you tell me which page is a most suitable for putting the Smartlook tracking code in?

I have also found another place to put the code in without touching the code behind, in the Customization/Head menu, there is a section of <head> tag, I just paste the code in and all done.
