Newbie: how to get lower prices?

Hi all!
I new to this and ordered something for myself in my webshop. (First order)
As a dropshipper, do I have to have a special account on AliExpress or just a normal customer account?
And how do I get lower prices instead of the AliExpress shopprices? Do I get a refund of the seller or how does it work?

Aliexpress Is not working with this way.(maybe you can ask the buyer but most of those are not gonna help you)
