New Purchase of the Plugin, entered license but unable to see dashboard after activation.

Hi,

I have a wordpress multisite installed on my website and
I have php7 and the ioncube is installed on my hosting at
siteground.com

I am using the Alidropship woo plugin.

When i activated the plugin on one of my multisite site,
the license is entered correctly and alidropship detects
it but then nothing happens. I can't get to the dashboard
nor are the other other buttons work in the menu, when i
click it.

Does this plugin work on wordpress multisite?

I have just purchase the plugin, and i am testing it out
on my test domain and wanted to move it another site. I am
currently using wordpress multisite.

Could you please reset the licence so i could use it
again in another site.

I have sent an email to support yesterday, and haven't received a reply yet.

I am sorry to hear you are having such troubles. No, AliDropship plugin does not support multisite solutions, so that must be the issue. Please pm me your license key, I will reset it for you so that you can use it on another website.
