I think here is a problem now just checked my site again all my plugin and theme folders include files inside was been deleted. Everything in wp-content was removed.

2 new folders been created and is empty inside.

What is going on.....

The -old is mean that have be rename for not be active..

In your wp-content file do you have folder with the name plugin and theme without the old?

yes but i do them. when i want to deactivate plugin and theme from the back end.

Better you speak with interserver for you find out what is going on.
