New domain to current account

Hello,

Because I have subscribed to silver package host, I can add up to 5 websites. So I tried to host my new website but could not and i did not get any help topics. I contacted customer support, they asked me to send tell them the domain name and to update DNS and I did. This was 4 days ago but so far nothing happened. The costumer support provided me a link which was not help.

So I will be please if you would hep me.

Hello , we asked you to give us a domain name , but unfortunately you never did. Please send us your domain name!
