How to ship to United States Address if your credit card billing Address is in Asia?

Aliexpress credit card payment shows US, UK and Canada for billing Address before checkout.

It's simple! Login to Alipay and go to my profile and upload your information so once you pay in Aliexpress, the billing will be taken from your Alipay profile and shipping is as shipping
