Need Help: Customers Account Creation

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I just bought the Alidropship plugin a few weeks ago and I'm still tinkering around the settings and whatnot. I encountered a few issues regarding the customers account creation and I just couldn't find enough info to help me out.

I am using the Michelangelo theme, if that matters because I noticed most discussions are/were more to DaVinci. I already activated the Captcha and some of the social media authorizations features.

I am using my hosting email services and tested the order, contact us and order shipped notifications and they worked.

The issues:

1) When I tried to create a new account (using a test/different email), there was no indication or notification that I have successfully created my account. The screen refreshed and it would still display the account creation form. Only when I tried to login using the said details I would know that the account has been created. I received no notifications in the said email(s) inboxes too.

2) Is there a way to customize any settings to redirect or to show that the customer is already logged in? (note: I have very little knowledge when it comes to coding, I use words that I think would make sense enough for the experts to understand, lol -,-)

I am not sure about any new versions, but I've read that article before.

To be more specific, the feature that I am referring to, is the one when you wanted to create an account by clicking login at the top right corner and then click create new account on the new page.

Now what happened to me was, I filled in all the details, and clicked create account, page refreshed, and I was still at that form page. I didn't know right away whether it was successful or not.

What prompted me to test was because I was brainstorming marketing ideas including offering incentive to those who created account at my shop within certain period etc.
