Big Issue could happen anytime and social media management are crucial for many customers!!. At least it could be great to tell customers that you are not available right now, so we take note of your responsiveness... This is a bad point for you guys as so many customers are trusting you and wait for your help ! When the trust is lost, everything is lost later. Hope for your full understanding about this

I'm having problems with Social Rabbit and they are just not responding to forum post, emails, twitter or facebook post. I'd seriously like to get the issues that I'm having resolved before I take this to the next level and contact my credit card company because I'm definitely not getting the service I'm paying for.
1. Last week I accidentally purchased two licenses. I did this because everytime I made a purchase I got the message on the website that my purchased failed. Upon looking at my bank statement the purchases didn't fail and I even received two emails with activiation codes. I'm trying to get refunded for one of my purchases as I only need ONE code.
2. In addition... no matter what activation code I enter. Nothing happens. It just stays on the page. I've used this plugin on another site so I know how it works and it's not working AT ALL. The people behind this plugin have been totally unresponsive to any form of communication and I'm getting very angry. As something that I'm being charged monthly for... if it's not working then I am losing value and time....

I know by fact that Alidropship team and Social Rabbit are serious. So it should not be that easy to respond to all requests in the same time when issue come. We can understand. Personaly, I probably sent more than 5 Skype messages to you for this new issue with the Rabbit...
However, I would suggest that the developper team provide all bugs fixes to Social Rabbit plugin. Why ? because of this 2 reasons :
1* So many people decided to trust Social Rabbit, to trust you. I personaly like it. So it becomes very important to decide to keep it updated properly with Wordpress constantly. Ensure that all Social Rabbit users are getting an up to date tool for their SMM. This plugin has a real potential which could bring even more satisfaction to both sides Alidropship team and customers... Think about it please.
2* This would surely minimise the number of customers compliances and works for you girls who handle the support team for this plugin and potentially for the same issues ! You do great and we can see it. BUT this is not enough.
So finally, it comes very important to definately fix all Socail Rabbit issues from it source and make it run properly along the social medias rules: please forward this to the developper team.

I did contact you too many times tryng to definately fix the issues definately. Nothing is done. More than 3 weeks I stay patient and wait for the you to solve everythings on your side!!
I am more than tired now.
So please, I ask Social Rabbit team and developpers to definately fix the issues and ensure that the SMM is done.
I am not going to share anymore informations with you, as I already did this many times. I don't have time to do the settings again and again every times.
So now, I want you to fix the settings definately please. I am ok to wait 2 more days from today (02/05/2018). No more.
If you cannot fix it, simply send me a message back with my refund and deactivate the lifetime license, and I will choose another tool to do the work.
I shown full patience and cooperation in order to fix the issues. Now, this is over when I see this plugin still not working.

As you said, I should not get any publication issues anymore with the plugin as you reset all settings correctly.
I can say that I appreciate your responsiveness and involvement for now.
I also note that fortunately Elena was here to deal with it herselve. She also add some more free stuffs into my accounts for better publications. I notice this as a good point.
