It's taken way longer than most of you - but I received my first order. I'm still way under though due to marketting costs on FB. I ran a few test ads to specific interests for the product I promoted. I tested 5 interests out and 4 out 5 interests were $1.25 or more per engagement. 1 of the 5 was $2-$3 per engagement. The results of the ads gave me some steady traffic, but not nearly as much as my Instagram Shoutout did - although it resulted in 0 sales.
It's going to take more than 1 failed test to quit though. WD-40 had 39 bad results, right?
Total out of pocket: ~$225 (Plug-in, hosting, domain, Instagram shoutout, FB Ads)
Total Income: $9.99 in sales; 6.03 in profit on those sales
Total Profit: -$219.00
Traffic: 509 unique visitors;764 visits
Time Spent: 3 weeks
