First of all Happy Chinese New Year too all members and ADS team here.
Recently Woo have announced mobile app with push notifications + kaching sound similar to shopify.
Any hope for this will work with ADS Original ver? or future ?

The only problem with that app is that it needs Jetpack installed. I hate Jetpack.

It's just as easy to access your WPAdmin/Orders via your phone browser.

As for the notifications, you get emails when an order is placed. You can also upload a "kaching" mp3 and select it for your phone's email app notification if it turns you on ... lol

You are right I heard many dislike Jet and the garbage Pack haha.

Good idea for Kaching sound

I have 8 email accounts for 8 stores in my phones email app and have a custom sound selected for each of them. I typed the name of each site into a text to speech site so voice says the name of each site when it gets an email.

If interested ... here is the text to speech site ... www.fromtexttospeech.com
You can choose male or female voices and American or British. I chose British female.

Note .... type the words phonetically for best results. i.e Type it what is sounds like.

e.g Instead of "rendezvous" ... type "ron day voo"
