I have a problem with a plugin on Michelangelo theme. The plugin is called Ultimate Affiliate Pro and it allows you to have your own affiliate program on your website. Right now I use Alidropship (not the Woo version) and this plugin doesn't show a form field as it should because of the theme. I would change to Woo version but I have to start over, which takes a lot of time and this version has some important features that the Woo version doesn't have so I would rather stick with this. I attached a image to show you how it looks like and how it should look like. Can you help me edit the CSS so that the field show as it should? So far this is the only issue with this plugin and this plugin has everything you need to start your affiliate program and it would help everyone here who want to try another method of promotion.

Edit: I forgot to say that I tried all the themes and all the themes have this issue. So I can't change the theme.
