Meta titles and meta description for categories

Hi

What should I put for the meta titles and meta description for categories? The default that came with the Alidropship plugin says "Great selection of at affordable prices! Free shipping to 185 countries. 45 days money back guarantee. Friendly customer service." for the meta description of every category. And for meta title, it is defaulted to "Online shopping for with free worldwide shipping".

Is this correct or should it changed to reflect what that category is about?

It is a personal preference. There is no one answer if it is correct or not. If you don't like the default you can change it anytime.
