I am very sorry to hear that you want to sell this store.

You make a Huge mistake here ..You have a single product store, easy to make by everyone, set up it in less then 1 hour !

The only was needing here was the idea of the product which just give it away..

How I say I am very sorry but nobody gonna invest in a single product store (Sorry 4 products store )
Is very easy to make them and you also give them the idea behind it.
