mailing service problem

Hello,

I have set up my mailing service settings and add the API Key for Pepipost but I'm getting this message:
"Error: Invalid API key or sender domain used in API call.Hence authentication failed."
I have contacted Pepipost support and they said my API is working properly. Not sure why it's not working on my website.
Any clue?

Yes, everything The error showed up for the first time now that is working fine for me. But None of my Abandoned Cart mail is going to the user. I tried that with one of my emails too.

Nothing works for me and as you can see SPF, DKIM is ok

After this step pepipost usually take 6-8 hours to approve the domain. How long has it been?

I got approved two days ago, and I contacted them yesterday, and they did some test with my API and it was working.
It must be something related with the alidropship plugin I guess

I have tried SMTP service but I'm getting an error when I do the test. I tested with different ports different Encryption and none worked.

Please contact our support , send them your WP login credentials and Pepipost login credentials and ask to have a look. This issue is always solved like I described above.
