I just updated to the version you linked to and that is when the problem arose.
Also the place order button has disappeared.
Fortunately I saw the order before the problem appeared and placed the order manually.

I have the same issue since yesterday when I update the davinci template.

Same problem here after today I updated the plugin.

P.s. Deactivate and reactivate plugin solved the issue.
