Live Chat Enable/DIsable on Mobile Phones?

If you are using live chat in your store, do you enable or disable it on mobile devices?

Anyone has tested how chat icon on mobile devices affect what customer does?

I'm using tawk.to.
Pros:
1. Free
2. Can use for many websites and use one dashboard
3. Don't need to log in in Wordpress
4. Shows a lot of statistics about visitors
5. Lot's of settings
6. Awesome interface
Cons:
None so far

wow awesome ryan! was just about to try zendesk too.

I'm also thinking this may be a con now... wondering how many customers would message you asking about their order, tracking number, etc? haha XD

I use Tawk and have enabled for mobile devices to but i don't like the fact it is constant logging me out after some time. I have to login into the Tawkto WordPress plugin daily in order to show the chat icon.
This means your chat icon is not showing up while i do have the app on mobile to engage with visitors. I will have to try Zendesk too because of this.

Don't forget about social media, people will contact you via this too!
However this can be some kind of problem if you use a VPS or Social Rabbit for promoting and using an other IP address for logging into Instagram for an example.

I think if you promote via a different IP and logging into your social media accounts from another different IP you can be blocked.
Is there anyone who can explain more about this?
