License page continues to load

Hi.

I have installed the plugin, but none of the links in the wordpress menu are working. If I click a link, it reloads back to the license page.

I did contact support, and they reset my activation. In wordpress, it's showing the software is activated, but when I click the links in the fly out menu, it reloads back to the license page. I re-installed the plugin, but it's still the same. I can't create any categories to put products in from aliexpress.
