Can't you go to Dashboard?

Firstly, please check php and ionCube versions on your hosting server and make sure that they are compatible with the plugin php version you are trying to activate.
Secondly, check that your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) match. Make sure they are the same as your current domain name (WP Dashboard => Settings => General).
