Landing Pages (ver. 1.0.8.5)

- Page loading speed significantly improved
- 'Hide product page' option added - now you can hide the product you've linked to your landing page from your website (Homepage, Category page, Search results page, etc.). Its single product page address will still be available.
- Shipping & Delivery link added to Footer
- Minor fixes
