Just getting started... help with import

Hello,
I am the developer setting up a site for a client.

I am just getting started and I am having problems importing products.

I am setting up a WordPress with Woo Commerce and AliDrop Woo.

I have the Google Chrome Extension installed, and I am happily searching products to add to my store.

But When I click "Add To Import List" - it just spins and spins and spins, and nothing ever imports.

When I try to do a "direct import", the video tutorial ( https://alidropship.com/codex/13-work-extension/ )

It tells me I should see that bar across the top of the page with Import | Edit. I do not see that.

I logged into Ali Express, thinking this was the issue, and tried again with the same results.

I assume I need to be logged into AliExpress no matter which option I use? Can someone confirm this?

One other thing, this is on a development server, publicly accessible.

Are there setting in the AliExpress account that I need to set in order for this to work?

make sure the plugin is up to date
dont update woo commerce to latest version.. i think you need to use woo commerce ver 3.0
im not sure tho

Hello, Thank you fro the reply. I am not sure what the issue was, tech support told me they logged in and had no problem importing.

All programs are up to date.

He suggested it could've been my internet connection.

Since tech support has logged in I am able to import products.
