Items published automatically

I noticed that some of my products in draft are being published by themselves.
is there a hidden configuration that i missed?

No, you see them because you're logged in...

Hi, thats not the case.
I see them in my admin panel. I change them to Draft, click update and after a while (next day when I come back to work on my site) I see them as Published again in my admin panel.
Odd.

you can use another device and go to your site to see if it still shows up there
