@Mohamed Saraia Glad it helped a bit. I am not sure about the recognizing time but maybe you have put the wrong Pixel in it?
Does your added Pixel show any other activity like Pageviews or ViewContent? If no check if there is an other Pixel you have added that does have this activity and try it with this one.
I don't know much about segmentation yet but do know what you mean. You would like to have custom audiences. You can create them here:
