Issue with importing products from aliexpress

Hi -

I've been using this plugin for more than a few months, and I'm finding it a bit patchy. I could select 10 - 20 items (either by going into the page, or by the quick click cart icon) and then find none have gone in. Sometimes they will, sometime they don't. I believe i'm doing the same thing every time. At the moment (yesterday and today) I find the only way I can import items is by importing all the items on a page, which is a pain as 90% then get deleted.

Is there a specific, fail safe way, of importing successfully every time. I'm loosing momentum on the website / social media by not having this working.

Is there a problem with it currently?
When the import process occurs (i.e. small planes on the screen) can I continue importing other items or do I have to wait? It is parallel import processing, or sequential, that can be overwritten with a newer request?

I appreciate, with every product there are issues, but for a paid product, this is becoming somewhat frustrating now.

Thanks in advance,
Charles

Hello Charles, import of products depends on your Hosting and Internet connection. There are 2 ways of import:

1. Bulk import - from a category page
2. Individual import - lets to import only 1 product.

We do not recommend to use several windows open with import ongoing.

Could you please tell what issues exactly do you have? you can PM me your domain name and WP login credentials - I will check on my end.

Hi Victoria - thanks for the response.

Last night I tried individual import (by clicking on the cart button on the products page AND opening up the products page and click import), and neither worked - they have worked in the past. It acts as if it does do it but there is nothing in my import list.

Bulk Load worked.

This morning tried Bulk Load and individual and neither are working. Bulk Load just hangs at 1 / nn.

Silly question but how do I PM you to give you my credentials.

Thanks,
Charles

Hi All - For reference, Chrome needed to be updated to fix the problem, and the extension re-added. For noobs: Chrome did not tell me it needed to be updated, I had to go to the about page in Chrome and then it automatically updated. It's working as expected now.

Cheers,
Charles
