They got rid of Paypal long ago. Because of complications of them being in Russia. It's just common sense to have it so if they could have it, I'm sure they would ... because they have common sense.

You can send funds to Russia but their paypal accounts do not have the ability to withdraw those funds to a card or bank account.

In this case, if I was them, I wouldn't use it either.
