Is it spam or not?

hi,
my website have alot of user registration each day,
but when i see in stats there's only view traffic. and not a single sales from each register user.

is my website attack by spammers?
if its spam, how to protect my website?
i already use akismet but stil have many user register each day.

can you please help anyone who know this?

Hi, if you have registrations without a name, but just username/email than I have the same since a day. They are not registrations on your site, but direct registrations in WordPress (so it is spam / someone trying to hack)... if you go to yoururl.com/login/ you'll see an wordpress login, with the option to Register.
I turned on the Alidropship Plugin reCaptcha when it became available but before that I used "Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft plugin", there are others...
Now I'm back to the BestWebSoft plugin, with this plugin you get reCaptcha on that login page, with the Ali plugin you don't. Hopefully that will stop the registrations...

Edit: I've turned Alidropship reCaptcha on as well, that's needed to have reCaptcha on the site registration form. (hopefully having both won't give conflicts/errors)
