Is it a good idea to have a No Returns Policy?

Hi there,

I am about to open my shop but I am not sure which way to go regarding the Returns Policy. I read that Aliexpress rarely ask for returns especially if the item is low cost (I will be selling jewellery and accessories mostly) so I was thinking of doing a no returns policy and refund only damaged or faulty items.
 
Yes, you can state that you only refund defective items. But if someone complains about the product or sizing, refund them regardless of your policy. You'll lose some money but could gain a repeat customer and avoid potential chargebacks.
