IONcube loader not found

Hi,
I have download the latest version of alidropship woo for PHP 7.1+ and when i install it then i get this error that IONcube not found while when i check phpinfo file then the IONcube loader is enabled. Why this error is occurring?

From your hosting CP go to PHP selector, see if its enabled or available from there. Or switch php version to 7 or 5.6 (make sure you download compatible version if you change it)
