I inserted a sizing chart on its own page. The page title is there, but when you check the website, the pic i invisible. What have I done wrong?

I will have to go and try inserting again and take shot. The other problem I am having, If I edit a new product pic while importing, the pic goes blank, there is nothing there.
This is a copy of the new page, I inserted media, but once published it disappears? I saved it and uploaded it here and it came up with this message...
The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension.
As you can see I am not tech savvy at all. What the heck am I doing wrong.
