Instagram widget not showing

using brand new store with davinci, IG widget does not appear on the home page.
facebook is OK

I have 2 other store up to date and it works and one of them is also using davinci. bizarre?
how to fix?

Have you added your IG username to Customization => Social Media? Could you please pm me your WP access details, I’ll check what might be wrong.

its working with my other store also using davinci so yes of course i have added my IG username
