Instagram account get banned or inaccessible for my alidropship store. Pls Help

has anyone had the similar experience that your IG account being inaccessible for no reason?

n.b. I am using social rabbit to manage my IG account.

Do you get any message when you try to login with your phone?

I login via website, I can reset my password and using the new password never get me into my account. not sure if it's related to social rabbit's auto post feature. I have my own IG for personal use on my phone, so I login via IG webpage to mange it + plus social rabbit.
