Hi, I'm using the SR free trial and I'm wondering if anyone has an issue with IG Poster working when 2FA is set up for IG?
I seem to be getting mixed results - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I also scheduled a product post directly from the Planner page - it didn't work until I opened the SR plug-in on my browser and my IG app on my phone (about 30 minutes after the scheduled post).
I'm wondering if this behavior is expected? Or is it something about my settings? If this basic function can't work with 2FA set up, then it's hard to justify a purchase (for my needs, at least).
I've contacted support but they do take a while to reply. Just trying my luck here as the 7 day trial is almost over
