Importing from Aliexpress

Hi, I'm new to dropshipping and just got a new store.

At the moment, I only have products listed with Sellvia. I tried to import some products from Aliexpress but had a few problems.

Firstly as my store was set up to sell products from Sellvia, my site states 3-day shipping. I was thinking I can mention that it'll take a little longer for the products that I import from Aliexpress. I noticed that some Aliexpress suppliers actually have US warehouses so that helps.

I tried importing several items from Aliexpress and edited the information before publishing it. I have a few questions as that didn't turn out too well.

Firstly, I realized that I have to change the pricing and markups myself as these weren't automatic.

Secondly, when I went back into my own site and tried to place an order, it kept saying that I hadn't selected the correct shipping location and colour.

I did adjust this before publishing and the shipping location was correct. Its just that no matter how many times I selected them, I got warning flags reminding me to do so when I tried to check out. Am I missing something here?

Would appreciate some help with this as I'd like to expand my product offering a little more rather than have just Sellvia products.

You must adjust the shipping page and your shipping tap of the single product page. Below are the set up of one client of mine that sell both aliexpress and selvia products.

Shipping page

Single product page (That one is little be tricky to be set up correct as is need to change the html file in the shipping settings)

You can have them automatically on your alidropship general setting in the update sections.

Yes you must set up your shipping setting !!

If the sellvia products have the same issue then you didnt set up your shipping option at all.

Would appreciate some help with this as I'd like to expand my product offering a little more rather than have just Sellvia products.
You are newbie .. do not over overcomplicating yourself with both options (selvia and aliexpress)!!! Or if you still want it, hire a web developer to help you.
