Imported products posted as published

I'm currently using the Alidropship Chrome plugin to import products to my store.

However, even though the products show up in the "imported items" list, they are by default listed as published.

This makes them already appear in the store with their original Ali descriptions and names, giving it a very messy look whenever I'm importing products. I tried finding a setting for this, but couldn't.
Am I overlooking something?

Yes, I wish the products in "Import List" are considered as "Draft" but instead it's considered as "Published" and appear on the website.
A workaround is to select all the products in your import list and bulk modify them to change the status to "Draft"
