Imported products and after changing descriptions link show 404 errors

Hi Guys,

Can anyone shed any light on this issue please?

Updated product descriptions and now links/ pages give 404 error and description in best sellers section/ related products not showing as updated. Any suggestions please? Thanks Phil

Ps Anyone know how do I reset the related items/ best sellers sections?

Cheers, Just after I posted I turned off a caching plugin and everything went fine from there. Will experiment with it again and report back just in case it was the culprit :)
