IMPORTANT - Stripe checkout not working

This is infuriating. I just realized that the reason I did not get any sales today is because no payments were going through because of a Stripe error. Someone needs to help me with this ASAP.

The payment either freezes on "Complete Order" on the checkout screen and rotates forever, or the customer gets an error message saying:
"Invalid source object: must be a dictionary or a non-empty string. See API docs at https://stripe.com/docs'". (pid: 2, pmid: 1)"

Please help me fix this ASAP, I beg you.

Letting people know which of the two Alidropship plugins you're using may help. Meanwhile, while waiting for an answer ... check out these results from a simple Google search. It seems to be a common problem. Maybe you can fix it yourself.

https://www.google.com.au/search?q=Invalid+source+object:+must+be+a+dictionary+or+a+non-empty+string.&rlz=1C1CHFX_enAU782AU782&oq=Invalid+source+object:+must+be+a+dictionary+or+a+non-empty+string.&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Failing that, write to support at support@alidropship.com

Are you going to try to find a solution from those Google results? I doubt you'll get a solution here. Not enough details and one would need to be able to actually check everything in your setup. Only you can do that.

If not .... just contact support and give them access to your WP Admin so they can check it all out.

It's like calling a mechanic on the phone and saying "My car won't start ... how do I fix it?" ... He needs to actually check the car.

Hello,

I apologize for my late reply. Could you please send me in a PM your domain name and WP admin area access to check the issue? Thank you
