Import Review: Skip reviews with keywords

I have reviews imported to my store previously but didn't notice there is a skip keyword function until today. So I have input Aliexpress, AliExpress, aliexpress in the skip keyword field and let it run a full reviews import again. However I still find comments mentioning Aliexpress (regardless of the capital letters).

Shouldn't the full import replace the existing reviews? Or do I have to delete all the existing ones before I import?

Plugin will skip the words only for new reviews.
