image recreation issue - Serve scaled images

I got error in my Wordpress website for image recreation issue - Serve scaled images...

I tried most of plugin but it's didn't work.
Any one has this issue?
How to solved?

It is an easy fix and don't need a plugin. Just open the image, save it and resize according to the example below. After you have resized, replace that image in your site. Basically it is telling you that you don't need size bigger than this so you can reduce the load.
