WHY AM I UNABLE TO ACTIVATE MY LICENSE KEY?
The most common reason why your license key cannot be activated is domain name discrepancy. It can take place after SSL certificate has been installed on your website. Go to Dashboard => Settings => General to make sure your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same as your domain name. Change ‘http’ to ‘https’ in these fields if your domain name contains htpps.
"Wrong site error":
In case you decide to change a domain name, your AliDropship plugin license key should be reset. Please forward your request to AliDropship support team and your license will be reset shortly, so that you can activate it on your new domain.
THERE'S ERROR - IONCUBE LOADER NOT FOUND?
ionCube is a PHP Encoder that protects and encrypts the PHP Scripts. You need it to be installed on your hosting before you start using our Alidropship plugin.

If you have our hosting, we will install ionCube for you free of charge. If you have another hosting provider, there are two ways to enable ionCube on your Hosting:
1) Contact your Hosting support team and ask them to enable ionCube on your account;
2) Enable it by yourself using your cPanel.
CAN I ADD MY OWN PRODUCTS?
At this moment Alidropship plugin can import automatically the products only from Aliexpres.
However, you can manually add any products you want even if they are not from Aliexpress. For more details please have a look at our guide: https://alidropship.com/codex/faqs/
WHY THE PLUGIN DOES NOT IMPORT PRODUCTS?
AliDropship Plugin should be importing the products just fine after you do the following list of actions:
1. Please check that the plugin and theme are up to date (WP Dashboard —> Updates – click 'Check again' or double check with the updates pages of our site:

2. Make sure that the Chrome extension is active and is updated to the latest version. You can delete and install it again using the link below:

Missing Order item details and/or Supplier info in the product edit menu?
Please make sure that the plugin’s version is up to date and try to deactivate the Alidropship plugin, and then activate again. That should help solve this problem. If not, please send your WP admin credentials, we’ll investigate what might be causing the issue.
CAN I USE ALIDROPSHIP PLUGIN WITH WOOCOMMERCE?
You can only use the AliDropship Woo plugin with your Woocommerce webstore and a standard WooCommerce theme.
