I need someone who maintains Social Rabbit to either respond to my emails or refund me.

Not meaning to be an ass, but when you purchase a product which you are billed MONTHLY for, then when there is trouble with said product... you kinda expect help right away to get it up and running otherwise you're not getting the full value for what you're paying for.

I've use the older version of Social Rabbit on my other store and loved it... I paid to use it on my NEW store and I can't seem to get past the registration and I paid for it twice.

So...
1. I need to be refunded for the second payment
2. I need to be able to ACTUALLY USE the plugin....

I've sent emails through the contact form on the site two days ago....

I NEED some type of response ASAP!
