I Made My First Sale...!

Hello everyone,
I'm excited to announce that I've made my first sale- and it came when I did not expect because I haven't done any promo at all on the site yet.
I actually got a custom site made for me in Sept but due to my full time job I haven't been able to do any promotional efforts.
My plan was to re-write all the item descriptions ( so I read on some articles here) before I start driving traffic to it.

Surprisingly, 2 days ago , I saw a mail that I've made a $27:48 sale (1 item)!
I've placed the order and its been shipped already.

I'm so excited about this... but , I've got some areas I need help:

1. How do I confirm that order confirmation mail has been sent to the buyer?
2. where do I check to confirm that the shipping info has been sent to him too.

(I've checked my web mail and pepipost, but haven't seen anything under the sent folder, etc. I want to be sure order confirmation, shipping/delivery info has been sent to him.)

Truly, this business has potentials. I'm motivated to give more time and resources to make it work ....

I'll appreciate all the helps and tips......

I think it's not that we have no emails being sent it's just that we don't get a copy so we can't be sure. This would be a great blog post after sale care steps to take etc. That would get more readers than the usual kind of things we see..
