I have a proposal to improve the order tracking service; we display the internal order tracking window that appears on the back office for customers on the order tracking page without going through any other external service and to win the competition with oberlo who already have this service.

I too like this suggestion.
On another note, this makes me wonder what tracking service is used in the internal order tracking? While we have options like 17track and cainiao etc, they don't always give accurate results.
