I did change my Paypal account with a new one but i faced a big problem

when i replaced old paypal account with new one >>> i tested it through sandbox.paypal >>>> but i couldn't receive any amounts >>> the customer sandbox can send the money but the business sandbox can not receive any money >>>>> NOTE >>> I have limitation on old paypal and i created new one from my laptop >>>> please i need fast help

There are many reasons why it is happening, it is hard to tell. Keep in mind that the new Paypal account should have no trace back to your old limited Paypal account, meaning new email, new back account, new credit card, everything not associated with your old account.

Thank you very much for your interesting >>> I put new email ... but same laptop ( same IP address ) But there is an important point >> i did'nt link any card or any bank account until now >>>> i thought , that i can receive money without activation I thought i we need an activation just for sending money only ...... i wait your reply

A Paypal account is sending and receiving money. There is no such account for sending only. I don't think anybody in the forum can help. The best way is to get in touch with Paypal.
