I'm about to launch my store (spanish market) and I'm having problems getting credit card payments.
Payment Plataform: PayuLatam
I want to make the first real purchase (before potential customers arrive and have problems), but when entering all the data I get the following message:
Spanish: "No cuenta con los permisos requeridos para efectuar la operacion solicitada, para mayor informacion comuniquese con el servicio de atención al cliente."
English (traslated):"You do not have the required permissions to carry out the requested operation, for more information contact the customer service."
Please, I require an early solution as there are people asking me how to make payments.
