Not with SR. Many groups are not public and you need to apply to the admin to join. You're much better off doing that part manually if you don't want to be kicked out of groups and possibly get your Facebook banned. Even with that Ninja Blaster in the hidden affiliate link above, you have to manually join the groups first. Don't believe the spiel on it's site. Group admins will ban you when they see the bot posts.
