How to open Product options

Anybody know the path to get Product Options open? I don't know where I should click to get this list:

Not really for now, just want to follow this guide https://alidropship.com/codex/product-options/ to see how to customize a specific product, Is it impossible to open this list until I import a certain product item, then select that item to bring this configuration list out? Thanks.

After importing items, you can configure variations, inventroy etc
