How to FREE + SHIPPING without losing credibility?

Hello team,

I have a general store and delivery is free. I would like to do a shoutout on IG with the technique "FREE + SHIPPING".
The problem is that it is indicated everywhere on my site that the delivery is free and if potential visitors navigate my other products and they see that delivery is free everywhere EXCEPT on the product from shoutout, they will suspect of something.

How to get around this doubt?

From my experience, people who visit my webpage product that has free+shipping navigates mainly to the product which they landed on, cart and checkout. Sometimes home and some products page. So just don't worry about it.

Other than that, it's hard.
