How to distribute jobs

Hello,
Im new to this great plugin. Could anyone please tell me how to distribute jobs to different user roles when using this plugin. For example, I would like to have certain user roles to be able to make the purchases while others can only view the order details etc. Do we do this in WordPress itself or is it something that comes with alidropship? How do you guys handle order and fulfillment process, complaints etc when you have several people working as a team?

Cool thanks for the info. I'm still working on adding products and there're many things I need to find ways to figure out... I'm especially worried about the team work flow. Thanks for sharing.
